I know this is a tough subject — for many, it’s personal, just as it is for me. That’s exactly why I developed this series: to support those experiencing Suicide Ideation, those living with the grief of loss, and those who simply want to learn how to help others.

I’m deeply passionate about this work because I know what it feels like to be on both sides — as someone who’s

struggled through dark times and now, as someone who uses that experience to light the way for others.
